They were great to work with, I received the replacement so very quickly. So far I am happy with the replacement. I will change the review to 5 stars if the replacement doesn't fall apart in the next few weeks! I have only used this about 5 or 6 times since i ordered it 2 months ago. I like the stretch i get and was thinking of ordering a 2nd one. But i started to us it today and the stitching is coming undone on one of the loops. Their return window is very short, so i am out if luck. In stuck with an item that is falling apart. Too bad, i would've given a 5 star review.
