The pads apply easily, it has loads of settings and intensity levels. Good value for money and it does give pain relief.Definitely start off low and work your way up as it’s very powerful. Test the different modes to find the most comfortable for the painful area and you can set up the timer from 10 to 60 minutes.You can change the modes each session to find the one that gives you best results, because this has plenty of different settings to allow you to get the correct ones for aches and pains and to stimulate the muscles back to working properly. It loosens up my shoulder and relieves me of pain.Only tried level 2 power, as this was strong enough! The acupuncture setting actually feels like a needle and each setting does feel like its description!It's very easy to set up and USB charging means always available and no batteries to worry about. Easy to read display.
