**Q: Does this actually do anything or just get warm?**
A: Over warm may damage the quartz Crystal inside ultrasonic transducer head

**Q: Whats the deal with the precaution about touching the skin or running the crystal and the head?**
A: They mean over hitting the head of the ultrasound emitter. Not recommend it (ultrasound emitter) left detached of body operation aria without an ultrasonic gel, it is avoiding to over hitting ultrasonic transducer head to and as consequences damage it.

**Q: Is this cavitation or thermal ultrasound?**
A: I bought it for cavitation and it works very well. Just make sure to keep the probe well lubed with ultrasound gel bc it does get HOT and will burn you if you’re not careful. It burned my arm and I got a small blister.

**Q: Does this come with an adapter for the United States and will it work properly on americ 120v?**
A: It does come with an adapter but It wasn’t for US. I used one I already had.
