I've had it for about a month, had no issues with it until one morning the phone alarm woke me up and I couldn't turn on the screen to cancel my alarm. The screen went black. I haven't dropped it or anything so it's not physically damaged. There's some type of internal defect in the phone. I know the phone is refurbished so I knew there was a chance it would have an issue. I'd give it another chance because I really like this phone.

First phone I bought was working fine. So I bought another one for a family member. First one suddenly stopped working. The touchscreen is frozen. One is not unlocked and will not read my sim card at all. So now I have to send for a refund.
