Not recommend for larger tablets or full sized iPads. The legs don't support too much weight, and the joints become loose if moved around too much. It is a little trickier to use with the IPad since it seems to not support the weight as well. I did try to suspend it around some cabinets pulls and hang an iPad from it but the iPad slipped after a little bit.
