This is supposed to imitate getting nipped by a mother, it seems to work well with both my German Shepherd and APB, the Shep was more touchy to it. Both did very well and it was a 180 from how they walked on a standard collar. No yelping, jumping at other dogs, trying to yank mine or the kids' arms off, no stopping to pee or smell everything without notice, etc. They walked great, and I am sure after a little time with these, going back to the standard collar walking will be a piece of cake!
