The Drift Remote Control Handlebar Mount for HD170/X170 Cameras enables you to mount the remote control that comes standard with the Drift HD170 and X170 to a bike or motorcycle handlebar. The RF remote (not included) enables start/stop record of the action cam from up to 9.8' away. The Remote Control Handlebar Mount works not only with motorcycle or bicycle handlebars, but also with poles with a similar diameter (about 1"), such as the Drift Monopod (not included).

Let's me go down memory lane with still and movies of my bike rides. Easily mounted it does the job perfectly.

This does not clamp in as tight as i had hoped. when used with a video camera the footage is shakey. I would not recommed it to a friend.

### ⭐⭐ doesn't really work on motorcycles

When I got the handlebar mount I was very disappointed. It's not hinged so it was pretty much useless for a motorcycle. As a matter of fact it might even be useless for a bicycle too. I was able to use it only because I had a spare mirror stalk that I could wrap with tape so I could finally mount the camera on my bike. Once I jerry-rigged it, it worked OK.
