## Description

desertcart.com: Freshette Sports & Travel Female Urinary Device, Reusable, Portable Women's Urinal | Made of Strong HDPE Plastic, Female Pee Funnel | Pee Standing | Camping, Hiking, Kayaking, Festivals : Sports & Outdoors

## Features

- REVOLUTIONARY PEE FUNNEL: The Freshette is a revolutionary female urinary device (also known as a pee funnel), specifically designed for outdoor enthusiasts, travelers and those with disabilities. Ensures freedom to "go" - standing or sitting - wherever and whenever nature calls. Ideal for anyone who likes to cycle, hike, camp, fish, climb, trek, paddle, or travel – any situation where you need to relieve yourself discreetly without using a public restroom.
- HYGIENIC BATHROOM SOLUTION FOR OUTDOOR AND TRAVEL ADVENTURES: The palm-sized funnel contours the body, while the rigid funnel material ensures a leakproof seal. Very little undressing needed, offering discreet use and minimal exposure to weather. A flexible tube makes it easy to direct flow away from the body or into a receptacle.
- STURDY FUNNEL OFFERS LEAKPROOF SEAL: Rigid funnel contours the body, ensuring a leakproof seal that doesn’t collapse. Easy to position with layers of clothing – stays in place. Lightweight at just over 1 oz, the Freshette packs easily.
- DISCREET COMPACT DESIGN: A flexible silicone tube fits easily onto the Freshette funnel spout. When not in use, the flexible tube folds over and clips onto the funnel for compact storage. To use: Push tube onto funnel spout. Adjust clothing, take a wide stance, and hold funnel firmly to your body for a complete seal. Relax and go. (Gets easier over time - trust us!) Use tube to direct flow. Clean and store in the reusable bag. Celebrate your ‘go’ anywhere freedom!
- SUSTAINABLE AND DURABLE: The Freshette is designed to be reusable for years. The funnel is made of High Density PolyEthylene (HDPE) so can easily withstand hot and cold conditions. HDPE funnel and silicone tube both offer a long lifespan. Swiping the funnel forward when done to collect residual drops completely eliminates the need for toilet paper, reducing waste. Easy to clean, wash with soap and water, and air dry. Store in the reusable storage pouch.
- LEAVE NO TRACE: Urine has little direct effect on vegetation or soil, but may draw wildlife that is attracted to the salts. They can defoliate plants and dig up soil. Urinating on rocks, pine needles, and gravel is less likely to attract wildlife. Diluting urine with water from a water bottle can help. It is best to urinate 200 feet from trails, campsites, high-use areas, and water sources with a water flow of less than 500 cubic feet per second.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can big girls use it with ease or is it something just for thin girls**
A: Well, I'll tell you. I can use it and I am not a small girl (22/24) but so can my little 6 and 9 yr old girls. We use ours everywhere, not just on hikes but also in public restrooms. I used to have the GoGirl and it never worked, it was way to flexible and the spout was way to short. I hope this helps!

**Q: Use it sitting?**
A: I use it while I am sitting in my wheelchair. I do have the long tube from the website though.

**Q: I'm drawn to the SheWee & GoGirl based on their compact size, but the Freshette sounds the most fool proof in terms of use. How do you store this? Can it be carried discretely on a coed hiking trip?**
A: YES! I found freshette over 15yrs ago and am still using the same one I bought back then! I've bought the other brands to try them, but freshette has been my favorite. I can have a full flow without spillage, unlike the others where I've leaked on my pants, and it's easy to clean, stow away and even after the bag it comes with breaks or whatever it fits perfectly in a ziplock bag and in my bag or cargo pocket. I never have to worry about showing any part of my body off while using this outdoors either so I'm protected from the elements.

**Q: It says it comes with a pouch. How sturdy in the pouch? The Shewee comess with a case.**
A: My Frechette is 23 yrs old & still have the travel pouch. Yesterday, I bought a mesh nylon purse bag w/ 2 zippers. Perfect b/c the bigger section holds my Freshchette & the smaller pouch will hold a small bottle w/ hand sanitizer for cleaning after use. I use essential oil blend diluted in water & confident it will work fine clean the Freshette after use. Zipper pull has a hole & I attached an S carabiner clip. No-one can see what's inside the bag.
