I learned that when using the stretcher, it's best not to try to go full swing with the lever but stop at vertical, pull it back, turn the ring 1/4 turn and repeat (otherwise mine tends to bind up when the lever is pushed past vertical). I especially love the fact that you can stretch a very tiny ring, as I have watched video where a YouTuber purchased one and you can only stretch larger rings as the tip was too large to fit a small ring on it.
