I figured I'd give these a try (that and I love plums). They're very small balls in a relatively large (for medication) jar. The tiny balls remind me of medicine I've had in Japan, which is no surprise since this is from Japan. There's a little scoop to help measure out the ten pills you're to take each day (with water), and a small container so you can carry some with you. They're very tart, which I like. I've been taking them for over a month and haven't noticed any changes in my health or overall well-being, but maybe it takes longer. If I notice anything at three months, MAYBE I'll consider buying these. They're not cheap, but at least it's a three month supply. And two, if they don't do anything for me I don't if they are really worth a lot of money or not. If they make me sick then it's easier to review them but these did not make me sick at all. I accidentally let my curiosity overtake my common sense and selected these for review. I've been taking 10 of these small, dark and lovely looking pearls everyday for a little over a week and though I believe they are very good for the immune system, I really can't tell one way or the other if they are truly worth spending $139.00 (the price as of this review) on. They're easy to swallow being so small and there's a small container to put some in to take with you. I chewed some up and they are very sour but still edible. I'll keep taking these until they're gone and if I noticed I'm looking a lot younger and can leap tall buildings in a single bound then I'll come back and raise the star level to 5.
