## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone experienced the light turning on by itself? It's happened twice during the night, I'm single and live alone.**
A: The top light on mine turns on almost EVERY single night.  Extremely annoying! I thought it might be a short in the wiring and came to the reviews to look for answers.  Looks like this is an overwhelming problem. Saying to unplug every night to resolve is a ridiculous solution.  I’m throwing mine away and going to find another lamp!

**Q: Can the small lamp be adjustable as in turn around or is it limited?**
A: The small lamp is adjustable, you can turn it up or down and around. You can also turn it on or off separate from the big lamp.

**Q: My remote stopped working.  I replaced the battery, but still no functioning.  Is there a pairing procedure?  No response from support. :-(**
A: 1. First, reset the lamp by unplugging and plugging it back in quickly five times. The light source will give 5 quick flashes. Once done, the lamp is reset and all that's left is to pair the remote with the lamp. 

2. To pair the remote with the lamp, verify the product is not powered on, and install the battery on the remote control. Then press and hold the power switch on the right side of the remote control continuously for a long time, (DO NOT let go).
While still pressing the ON button, plug lamp into socket to power the product ON. If successful, product will flash, indicating that the matching is successful, and the remote control can control the product normally.
(If still not successful, press and hold the ON button continuously, at the same time unplug and plug after 2-3 seconds to check whether successful))

**Q: Why does the lamp go on by itself?**
A: One of the 4 that we purchased goes on all by itself too.  The other 3 are fine, but are on a light switch that we turn on upon entering those rooms.  The one that turns itself on daily, is connected to a switch that is active all the time. We simply turn the lamp off when we leave the room. Perhaps Dimunt LED Floor Lamps can give us an explanation??? 
This is a concern and problem.  Please post an answer.
