As others have said, many are cracked or broken but they include a few extras to make up for the loss (I just eat the pieces when they're broken ). The idea of a lollipop is great for children but so many of the ones in the box were cracked and broken. Those that were not cracked before being opened cracked very easily when dropped or handled. My 6 year old son did not feel comfortable sucking on such sharp, large pieces after they had been separated from the stick.
