Safe to use anywhere onbthe body including face. **Q: Can this be used on eyelids** A: Hello, as with all creams if applying to the eyelids please apply a small amount at a time and be careful not to get any cream into the eye. **Q: Can this be used as a daily facial moisturizer?** A: The consistency is quite thick so if you’re looking for a general moisturiser that isn’t for anything like psoriasis or eczema then I wouldn’t recommend this as a face cream as it might clog your pores **Q: What is the percentage of oat?
