It is very small, like a scatter cushion you would have on your sofa. It is also very hard, it does not give at all. If you can put up with a stiff neck each morning, then it will help with CNH. I used it for a while, but in the end made my own from a standard pillow. Just empty the filling, cut and sew up a circular hole, refill.
