**Q: Is the mic quality good? I'd like a better pair for gaming, but don't like the large over-the-ear ones that are generally recomended.**
A: The Mic quality is average, which should make this headset fine for gaming, other than for many PCs, you will need a splitter cable to plug in to headphone out + microphone jacks as higher end sound systems (it seems) tend to not include the combo port.  
It's not USB, so the audio pickup is analog, and you will be able to adjust the mic's volume in your PC settings with a decent degree of variance.  My gaming friends had always complained about my headsets in the past, but when I asked how I sounded on this one, they said "We can hear you.. that's a nice change".

**Q: How long is the cord?**
A: It is 1.2m long.

**Q: Has anyone ever mentioned or complained about an echo when using these to talk on the phone?**
A: The pair of E171 sport earbuds work great for me. My friend and I chat alot and we never have any problems.

**Q: Will this plug into a plain radio**
A: Yes, that's my primary usage for these earphones, on a compact pocket radio; it's a standard 3.5mm (1/8-inch) audio plug.  If you have a table radio or stereo module with a 1/4-inch jack, proper adapters are easy to find.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Article, But Beware Trying to Return Anything.

First set I sent for had modern USB type connection, (Model no:- ADHF-L171, which didn’t fit my old portable CD player. My own fault for not looking at the sales details, online. Sent for the correct one, Model no:- ADHF-E171-BLK, whilst waiting for returns label etc. Both articles had arrived pretty quickly. Now I’m using correct model for me, very satisfied, excellent value for money, very good quality, earbuds very comfortable, very long cable length, with useful little cable clip to hold any extra length not needed. Very well designed, using some fresh ideas, I think, with the shaping of the over ear piece, and , if the microphone is the same quality as the rest of the production, I’m sure that is probably very good too, but it was not part of my needs. Took one star off for difficult terms and conditions when trying to return unwanted set. Decided to keep instead of return, and sell the article on, less hassle.
