I have a job rounding thw corners if sign blanks made out of 1m8" ACM (plastic with aluminum skin on both sides) i had 100-s of these and was doing them by hand on a disk sander. qith thia tool i can do 10 blanks in the time it took me to do 1 before and the corners are perfect with no sanding needed.
