**Q: what are the dimensions of the top shelf?**
A: the top shelf measures 21 1/2 by 13

**Q: Lxwxh for bottom and middle shelf and lxw for top shelf?**
A: This is a well-made, HD unit.  When I bought mine, I believe they claimed a 300+ lbs., though I don't see anything on the page indicating that today.  The approximate dimensions are listed below.  I allowed a little bit of clearance for the upright anchor bolts on the bottom shelf.  The top shelf slopes reducing the clearance from the open end to the back.  Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
