It really does make you feel healthier especially if you're overcoming years of bad diet and poor health. My husband and I are both in our 50s, and this was a much-needed supplement. We have an RO filter for our water and it takes all the taste out. I use this in a dropper bottle and we put drops in her water to have it taste better. It works very well. that’s probably not the intended purpose of this, but it makes our water more palatable. We are a family of six and using it this way last us 3 to 4 months
