Noise level is as expected. Its all metal, so grip is as expected, no issue with me but if you sweat a lot it might be slippery unless you hold it right from the top where the rubber grip is. (Maybe you are meant to hold it from there, and im just holding it wrong lol). But yeah, overall TL,DR? Highly, highly recommended i am very pleased with it for maintaining my medium-short beard with detailing & trimming in between barber visits. One attachment which is just about enough for the length I look for. Quiet and a nice compact size with good battery life.
