They do what they say what they will do and more compared to other manufacturers. I ordered my beard pen as I always do, but this one particular time when I got it used it, it only worked right with the first application and went dry. Before any of you jump to conclusions, I did put the cap back on it and I always keep it in the box upright. I sent Pacinos a message regarding my experience and how displeased I was and I want you to know they immediately responded and sent me out a new beard pen and it works great. Great customer service. I will continue to use their products and you need to as well. Thank you Pacinos for caring about your customers 👍👏

**Q: Which color gives the most natural black look? don't want that artificial finish**
A: I like the black and the brush helps blend it in.

**Q: can you refill the beard pin**
A: I don’t believe so.  Wasn’t impressed and did not come with the brush.

**Q: Is there anyway to wash this stuff out? How long does this last with showering daily?**
A: Simply just a hard face scrub in the shower normally when I use the product it can last up to a day and a half.

**Q: Does the fork tip dry quickly? I’ve use other products and they all dried out**
A: Yes…seemed dry from the start.  And did not come with the brush as advertised.

I keep getting dried out pens

If I could choose zero stars I would,the worst product I've tried ever. To get anything out of the pen you have to press hard on the pen. The product didn't last two strokes before it went dry. Will not be buying this product again.
