Review: Good purchase for me - I purchased the 10-pack of the prefilled Luna packs for my Carhart 12-can insulated lunch box, which I only use for picnics for 2. I put the lunch bag in the fridge overnight before using it to ensure the Luna packets start out in the right cold environment (a tip I got from Luna Customer Service when I contacted them for additional product information). These Luna packets worked great for my picnic lunch in 101°F at the beach under shade. After 4 hours the food and drink were still cold. I packed the lunch compactly to retain the cold and resist heat intrusion into potential spaces. Ice is nice but it melts. These Luna packets are a neat alternative to ice. I'm glad I got them🌞

I packed in an igloo slim lunch box with an ice floor 2 frozen bottles of water and 2 Xl packs and 2 XS PACKS LUNA ICE. the ice water bottles were still frozen when I arrived. Packed the lunch box in my carryon and the water was still 1/2 frozen after 2 days. I placed the XL Packs in the hotel fridge and the product remained partly frozen.

**Q: Hi I know insulated sheets are advised but will this work even if I wont be using insulated covers to ship some chocolates in regular box?**
A: Yes Luna Ice will do it’s Job ! But without a insulated box, Luna Ice cooling performance will be greatly affected ! As you can see form the video , the outside weather is directly affecting the temperature of the box meaning the inside is going to be cooking hot ! 
With a insulated shipping box it will prevent outside heat from getting in but also will keep the Luna ice cold IN the box meaning that -1 degree Celsius will be nice and cold around you’re chocolates, muffins, meat, perishable goods, breast milk & more ! Shipped correctly Luna Ice will keep you’re goods cold and Fresh !

**Q: Is this product good for my kids and husbands work launch boxes I need to keep there things cold? Also have a baby will this keep Breast milk cold?**
A: It works great for breastmilk as that is what I purchased it for. I plan on using it for my husbands lunchbox as well. They are a good size and several of the squares can be used at a time if needed.

**Q: Can these be used without expanding? If left flat, does this compromise the amount of time they stay cool?**
A: If left flat and not watered they will not be any issues.
If you only water them slightly of course it will be a shorter time window that it will stay cold. For example if you need slim quick ice packs , for lunch bags or daily activities that would be to long.
Then Slim ice packs are good.
But if you want a longer lasting one the more you water and expand. The longer and cooler it will be.
It all depends on the application you will use it for.

**Q: Will this work to ship brrastmilk from texas to florida?**
A: You absolutely can ship breastmilk/ breast milk from anywhere in the states ! It’s as simple as having a good insulated lunchbox or insulated cooler, and packing it correctly with Luna Ice dry ice packs ! You should have no problems at all !
