I use a string tired to a beltloop to hold the bag up. I wondered how the underwear would do it since I didn't see a way to hold the bag up thereby not allowing the collection bag to ball up. It didn't. I wish I had the string.Additionally, why is the house to the catheter in the outside when for the vast majority of us, the urine is going to come from within the confines of the underwear.Fix those two very important things and it will be an excellent product.
