**Q: Would they cut small tablets like prednisone into quarters**
A: I take a 2.5mg tablet 4mm diameter which doctors halved. the pll splitter halved those very well. take care not to be heavy handed

**Q: Will it cut tablets that don't have a groove/line down the middle?.**
A: We have cut pills in half for our cat (approx. 4mm diam). These do not have a groove. The cutter works perfectly.

**Q: I have antidepressants and the tablets are very small. Will this cut them into half OK?**
A: This is possible but you have to be sure you have wedged the tablet in the v-shaped holder and that it's in the middle. So size isn't a problem luckily although the heavier the pill is the better. My tablets are small and light and I manage it ok.

**Q: Is there any way to reduce the sharp edges of the pill after cutting?**
A: Give them a bit of a rub?  Use an emery board?  They're not that sharp really as there is usually a little bit of crumbling.
