Review: Works great on rubber boots - Excellent product that restores the suppleness and color to rubber boots, or rubber portions of boots. Very easy to apply. Leaves rubber looking dark and glossy like new, restoring waterproof qualities and preventing drying and cracking. Remember to clean and dry first, and reapply as needed (at least annually) to keep your rubber boots in top shape. This product even works on the rubber portions of leather boots (like most snow boots).
Review: Nice conditioner and shiner. - Revivex rubber boot treatment works really well. The sponge does leave spots. I applied two coats allowing at least 15 minutes drying in between. After the second coat I put some product on a Scott shop blue paper towel(lint-free) and went over everything to remove the spots. If you use a dry paper towel you will remove a lot of product. My boots are fairly new and in good condition, revivex left them nice and shiny. Hopefully it will make them last longer. Before and after picture should be easy to see the difference. Didn't notice any smell from the product. Went over everything with a dry Scott paper towel after 1 hour. Didn't want the wet look. Overall very satisfied with product.

**Q: Is this scent free?**
A: Yes! At least I think so. :)

**Q: can this be used on boots that have a matte rubber finish?**
A: Yes!  My 10+ year old Ariat boots look almost new!

**Q: Could I put this on the bottom of my boot that actually touches the ground to protect the grip?**
A: I think it's to protect rubber,, if the grip is rubber then yes. I put them on my boots, my Bean boots and my other rubber boots and made them look like new but as far as a gripper I'm not really sure.

**Q: how long do you let it dry?**
A: It doesn’t take too much time - I let it dry until it’s noticeably not wet any longer :)

I had very low expectations, but this product completely exceeded them! My 20-year-old Hunter boots had developed heavy bloom from sitting in the garage for years and were cracked in multiple places. I honestly didn’t think they could be saved—but this worked! After cleaning the boots with dish soap, I applied two coats a day for 3–4 days, and the results were incredible. They look so much better—almost like new. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos!
