They’re extremely versatile for weekly meal prep with two large chambers per tub. The containers themselves are fantastic quality and fairly protected against leaks. I will say though they don’t have a rubber seal so they’re not exactly leak proof and I wouldn’t get cocky and tote a soup in these.
