The price seems steep compared to others you might see, but they will last longer, and the workmanship on the caning is obviously much better. I recommend measuring the seat on the armchair from underneath—from the screw holes to make sure the dimensions are the same as the replacement, and then also measure the overall seat. That’s the only way to know if it will fit. **Q: I have a knock off brand my parents bought in the early eighties. Will these fit if by different manufacturer? I need to replace seats.** A: I bought these seats to fit chairs from the 70's and they fit.
