Because I need to turn it off after calling out an order (or not speak to me employees in between orders), I had to find a place to hang the headset while leaving the device on (but out of range) and then move over to the device to call out the next order. So it's lightly inconvenient because of that but otherwise, I love this device. Before buying this, I struggled a lot on how to deliver clear instructions to them especially when our activity is set in an open space like outside the school building.
