I see it asked multiple times below, with no answers** A: Because they are not a company you want to deal with. I now seem to be stuck with a lid that does not fit. When I tried to return it they said they would pay for the return, but UPS could not find an account to charge when they scanned the provided bar code from Toilid for return. I am not sure Amazon is dealing with this company. Very disappointed. **Q: Is this a porcelain lid and what are its dimensions?
