All on the same side of the band. On the opposite side there is no openings. For me, with my PD catheter, I end up having the side with the holes towards my stomach. Insert cather tube through left hole opening. Pull towards the right opening. It does not co e with instructions. Still figuring it out but it is comfortable when I am wearing it. I have been able to sleep in it as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's comfortable to wear and holds the PD catheter well *by O***N on May 16, 2022* It's comfortable to wear. Discrete under clothing. Holds well with hand washing. Covers the PD catheter well. I like the 2 suits in the front on each side of the front zipper and it has roomy pocket. I can easily slip the patient connection tubing in the pocket to stabilize the line. The only thing I did to make it better was made a small hole in the inside to slip the transfer set into the pocket from inside rather than looping it over to the front.
