I wasn't having this problem on a flat floor before he was dressed. After moving him to a rug and dressing him, he will not stand without support. I had to weigh down the back of the metal platform, which is not sturdy. I finally secured him against the wall with a small chord and nail. Other than that, he's perfect. Put a naked mannequin in your front yard staring at your neighbors window 24 hours a day. Believe me when I say its the best pest deterrent I ever bought. I saw someone do this on the news.
