While I have had better, these are very close to the top performers. They sound is great when listening to music. I use these in noisy environments to make calls and the person on the other end can hear me, and I can hear them. I can't ask for better call quality. I have installed these for other people to use and they are more satisfied with these than more expensive headsets. I have used various adapters to connect to various phones and these always produce great quality calls and great listening to music. My son needed something for school so I gave him mine and ordered this model. It arrived well packaged with the interchangeable earbud pieces. The sound is good, but I have to hold the mic close to my mouth for people to hear me on MS Teams for work. I didn’t have to do this with the previous pair. I am not sure if this is just a defective mic or not.
