I was under the light for 3mins and had a feeling to take it off as I felt tingling on my face. As I took it off my hands was shaking like crazy. My heart was pounding my body felt weak anxious i had to use my dog for comfort to feel back in reality. my experience with this red light mask I will no longer be using it and trying to contact this company for a refund as I used it about 2weeks and it doesn’t work with me.
