I like clothes snug fitting as opposed to lose or baggy, so maybe gauge by my dimensions what size might best suit you. The jacket itself feels like it is of good quality there are no lose threads which is always a good sign of attention to detail. The stitching appears good and strong and the jacket is generally well made. Six external pockets with either press stud fasteners or zips and one internal pocket on the left side. The zipped breast pockets can take a 15cm long smart phone but it is a bit of a squeeze. I bought the Black jacket but will order another in grey and one in olive green. You can wear this jacket with jeans and shirt/tee-shirt and it looks smart or even with slacks and shirt for smart casual. It is an ideal driving jacket as it's short enough not to be sitting on it as it sits at hip length. I would recommend this jacket as a good buy. I'm 6'2" and 230lbs and XL is a good fit. Only real quibble is that they attached a "distressed" looking patch over the left breast pocket which doesn't match the look of the jacket at all.
