Where the Ko8 exceeds the TRX is the resistance bands and the ability to change the intensity by clipping karabiners off, so the workout can be closer to a weight or pully exercise in the gym.My Ko8 came with an 8 week body program which includes recipes and several videos every week. I would recommend this also.My first workout had the blood pumping and my muscles feeling like I had had a good workout in the gym. I am really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the KO8. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The best resistance trainers in the business *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2016* Fantastic set of resistance trainers. These differ from the well known TRX bands in that you can either have 100% resistance for doing suspension exercises, or you can have variable resistance using the rubber bands (there are 4 bands on each side which can be added/removed to increase or decrease resistance). The beauty of the rubber bands is that you can do a lot of exercises that aren't possible with other types or resistance trainers, namely rows for hitting the lats, bicep curls, and overhead tricep extensions. And due to the nature of the bands doing these classic weightlifting exercises on the KO8's gives an extra workout to your core due to work it has to do stabilize the body while performing the exercise.Overall, a great set of bands that offer a lot of versatility in a very portable package. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The ultimate piece of equipment. *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2015* I have been using the KO8 for the last 2 months. I was originally going to purchase a TRX but then seen that this offered a lot more for the price.The KO8 was delivered the next afternoon, it comes with a wall chart and instructions on how to use it.The real beauty of the KO8 is the amount of videos, the guy who made it posts videos constantly.
