A: Don’t use it with retinol

**Q: What's the difference between the mandelic 12% compared to the pha topical acid. which one works best to help with hyperpigmentation?**
A: Mandelic acid is mainly for acne and clearing out pores. For hyperpigmentation, try a combo product with kojic acid, licorice root, azelaic acid and niacinamide.

**Q: can i use this on my neck?**
A: Yes, but approach with caution. Neck skin is very thin compared to face and chest skin.

**Q: After I shave my head, I am left with darker areas where my hair would grow. Will this help with lightening or removing said area?**
A: I would suggest getting something specifically for your head. I can only comment on how the results left my face since that is what it is intended for.
