When it arrived my OCD eyes noticed the manufacturers little logo badge didn't seem to be attached square on the front of the bag, but after a little twisting by hand I was able to manipulate it and its stayed put since. Seems decent quality, really good value for money, and if I'm honest (based on some previous hit and miss desertcart purchase experiences) much better than expected! Cant really fault it, tumbs up from me 👍

**Q: Does it squeak on movement?**
A: If you use the zips you sometimes get a satisfying 'zipper' sound. Otherwise mostly nothing. I have been sat next to it for ages now and it has neither moved or made any sound even when prodded. It might squeak if you put a mouse in it was my young daughter's scientific answer if that helps?

**Q: Is the shoulder strap adjustable?**
A: Yes. I believe so. It was a gift.

**Q: Would you be able to fit a standard lunchbox in and keep it flat?**
A: Depends on what you mean by standard. Anything around 10 to 12 cms deep should be fine.
I take my lunch in mine with a laptop, power lead, and paperwork and don’t have to use the expander.

**Q: Will it fit a thin 17.3inch laptop?**
A: Buy the one for the 17 inch laptop why squeeze it in the smaller one?

Well made and ample size with lots of pockets with zips to expand and/or compact sections as required.
