I am a musician and during gigs, if I’ve had a couple of beers, my fingers and hands will sometimes go into spasms, making it hard to keep playing. I can down one of these and the cramps subside in minutes! I also get night leg cramps. This product also works great for that as well. The only downside, is they are a little spendy. But the convenience of the individual shots and quality, are worth it to me. Would highly recommend if you suffer from muscle cramps!
