The molds are small (maybe the same perimeter as a quarter?) But the PERFECT size for rich truffles. I've been making truffles by hand for a few months and this baby saved me so much time, they were all identical in size (obviously, but worth mentioning since my hand truffles always varied), and came out beautiful!Only thing it that the directions that come with it say to cool them in the fridge for twenty minutes then let them sit at room temp before popping out. I found that after doing this my truffles suck to the inside and came out disfigured. I popped them back in the fridge for 10-15min, then pulled on opposite sides of the mold to stretch it and help loosen the truffles. Worked great! You do have to work them a little to pop out but the still came out perfect.
