## Description

DP kit consist of 3 Different items... 1. DEVELOPER SKD - S2: is ready to use suspension of white developing particles in a fast-drying solvent. SKD - S2 produces a dense white coating that provides an excellent background for SPOT CHECK or ZYGLO penetrant indications. 2. PENETRANT SKL–SP1: is a solvent removable ( or post emulsifiable ) color contrast penetrant, deep red in color. It is usable over the entire range of industrial applications where a color contrast penetrant system meets the requirements. Typical applications are on welds, castings, general metalwork, leak testing, and forgings; in power plant and marine construction; pressure vessels, petroleum, and chemical industry maintenance inspection. Most SKL – SP1 applications are on metal, but it also can be used on non - porous ceramics. SKL – SP1 is NOT recommended for inspection of plastics, as it will stain or even soften or dissolve them. 3. CLEANER/REMOVER SKC-I: is a clear, flammable solvent, lighter than water.SKC - I is used as a pre-cleaner a post cleaner and a penetrant remover. * SKC - I is intended for industrial use by qualified personnel only.

Noted for its compatibility with special alloys, such as stainless steel, aluminium, magnesium and titanium
- SKD-S2 is non-halogenated, can be used with Type 1 and Type 2 penetrants. This solvent-based developer meets aerospace and nuclear industry requirements, and complies with all major NDT specifications, including ISO 3452
- PENETRANT- Developed for preventative maintenance, control checks and weld inspection, penetrant is a rich, vivid red dye penetrant for Type 2 penetrant testing in visible white light
