It's going to taste like blood. That being said, I have been swallowing them whole, to avoid this all together. If that's not your thing, find something else. There is a strawberry flavor, but it quickly becomes overpowered, and starts to taste weird. It's been very nice on my stomach, as long as I have something inside of it(aka as long as I've eaten something). I took the recommended amount of chewables and I noticed right away that I had a little more energy and I wasn't getting light-headed anymore. I took another dose 6 hours later.
