A: Don’t know, haven’t replaced.

**Q: Does this come with Quarter turn angle pattern?**
A: We have answered before. The first time we ordered and received it it was broken. And the second time we ordered it arrived broken. We finally got one from our plumber.

A: Yes, the seat/lid assembly is included

A: I think one box said USA and the other said Korea

Item arrive safely and was installed right away. So far, the 1.28 gallon is working fine. The ice gray luckily is just the perfect match to a silver gray colored toilet I was replacing from an older American Standard special edition set. I am very happy with the decision to purchase this toilet. It actually seems like an updated version of the old toilet I had.
