I managed to put them in but there were no instructions, so I am not sure how to get them out.** A: There should be a small top you can click open on the pen, the same one you opened to get them in. Open that, then they should simply slide out. If you can't figure it out try searching YT. **Q: Which number refill is the thicker 0.3 mm or 0.4mm?** A: 0.4 mm is thicker **Q: what colors come in this pack?** A: Ours came with: Black, Navy Blue (2), Sky Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple and Red. **Q: Excuse me for asking what could be a silly question. But does the entire set of inks go into the barrel of the pen? If so, how do you switch colors?** A: I have never seen a Coleto pen with 10 slots. Most have 3 or 4.
