The are felt but very sturdy and fit perfectly in my drawer at work. I am an organization freak and wound up stacking some of the small ones inside the big ones and they fit great. I love that I can remove them depending on what I need access to on my desk and keep everything in its respective places in the meantime. They are a bit more pricey than other options but in my opinion it’s worth it for the quality and aesthetic.
