When the box arrived I was very curious and eager to see what the hat would look like in person. The hat came in a plastic wrap with a thin poster board insert to keep the hat's front from wrinkling; it was decent wrapping that does the job so no complaints there. The ears were a bit flattened from the travel, but it wasn't a big issue. Overall, the black (not an off-black, not grey) and contrasting yellow look really good in person! If you buy this hat it won't disappoint!
