Review: made a yummy miso soup! - I found this product to be delicious. I used it to make a really good miso soup. Here is the recipe, if you're interested. Note: we like strong favors, so adjust yours to taste. I soaked about a half cup of wakami, then drained it. I boiled 8 cups of water and added two teaspoons of dashi powder ( see my other reviews for brand names) and a cup of this red miso paste to it. Then, I added a 15 ounce package of soft organic tofu, cubed and the seaweed. I added about 4 tablespoons of chopped scallions. The hubby said it was better than what we get in local restaurants. There were no issued with the delivery. Enjoy!

This time it came and it had exploded and spilled out of the plastic bag it came in and got on the other items that came from same box. I had to throw out the product so I can't say I enjoyed how the product was.
