This is one of those basic pantry items that just works every time. It cooks up into a smooth, soft texture that feels really comforting and easy to eat. The flavor is very mild on its own, which I actually like because it gives me options to dress it up however I want. I’ve added sweet toppings sometimes, and other times kept it simple and it still tastes good either way. It mixes easily without clumping too much, and the consistency comes out pretty consistent as long as I stir it well. It’s quick to prepare, which makes it convenient when I want something warm without much effort. The only thing that caught me off guard is that the box was smaller than I expected.
