Now that is great customer service in my opinion. There was no run around. They asked for my amazon order number and are replacing my unit with no question. I don't have to return the old one which i am donating to a hearing impaired child because close captions and the player work perfectly. This is really great customer service, and because the unit is so easy to work for my 3 year old grandson i purchased another for my daughter's vehicle. I would highly recommend. I don't know if Olivia is a real person, but she is a champ to my grandson. The only negative is that the mount for this player doesn't have latches that open to lock it to a headrest. Instead, you have to loosen some screws to adjust to headrest post width. Then you have to remove the headrest and thread the posts through the holder. Not nearly as easy as the other version we bought. Outside of that, it is perfect. Good quality. Videos play easily.
