This product is extremely easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. It tucks around the toilet and does not obstruct the toilet seat at all. It does have grippers on the "feet", but if this product is sitting on a tile floor, I have found that putting non-slip pads along the sides of the toilet (under the feet) helps keep it grounded.
