I added my own eyeshadow, blush and blue lipstick. Last I sprayed my face with the setting spray, both the store-bought and this one I got from Mehron, to prevent staining or transferring. When I touched my face lightly, it did not transfer. I got so many compliments from lots of coworkers. What a day!! Afterwards, to remove it I just used makeup remover and it wiped out easily. I didn't experience any irritation. Love the quality and texture. The colour did transfer a bit to my sweater around neck just a bit since I didn't set with setting powder or use setting spray too much in that area, but it's easily removed after a wash. I’ve used other popular makeup setting sprays but wanted something that would work well with more theatrical makeup looks. Great price point for the amount you get and the product performance. I only used it after makeup to set and not before and my makeup lasted well over 6 hours without smudging or creasing. I even used it as a mixed medium for water based face and body paint makeup. The product does have a very strong scent so if you have sensitive skin I would advice doing a patch test. The scent is so strong it feels as though it may sting if it gets in your eye. I didn’t get a reaction to it and the smell didn’t get to me as I only used it for special looks not my everyday makeup. A con for me would be the way It sprays out. The mist is not fine and almost splatters. I don’t know if it was my bottle or if they’re al like that but definitely felt like I need to spray more of it to even coat my face.
