**Q: Where are the bungy tie downs, they are not in the box with the canopy?**
A: Mine were

**Q: Is it 16' or 20'? My frame is 20' and with the roof pitch, the actual tarp needs to be 12'?**
A: Actual tarp is 234”x 133”. It fits a 10’X20’ frame with a 4/12 pitch. Bungee chords hold tarp tight but several inches off the frame.

**Q: Is there a warranty??**
A: don't know.  It's basically a heavy duty tarp

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ordered two and both were not correct in size

I ordered the 10x20 and the 12x 20.. one was too wide for both of my frames and one was 6 inches to short .. I worked it out, neither were labeled as to which was which .. so I put the wrong one on the first frame.. then put the other on that was too short length wise but fit width wide.. so on to the other frame.. this was too large for the width.. but I made one side tight with an overhang on the other side pulled down with ropes.. not the perfect solution compared with shelterlogic, but that can not be found anywhere and the rain has already started.. I waited months for that before deciding on this.. we shall see how long it lasts..
